Our Accommodations and Amenities

It used to be that you could rent just one room individually (like a room in a hotel), but we are transitioning to a new model. Now, we rent all three downstairs rooms together, so people can have the entire space to themselves. Sisters Bunkhouse has three cozy rooms (each with a queen bed and private bathroom). Every room welcomes two guests, so the total number of people the Bunkhouse can accommodate is six. We have WiFi, HDTV, central heat & A/C. In addition, the bunkhouse has a common space (the Corral), a comfortable place to sit, relax, share a meal, and visit. We have a refrigerator and microwave. We also offer complimentary hot and cold drinks. We have both regular and decaf coffee, but if you want to bring your own K-Cups, we have a Keurig. There are games, puzzles, and plenty of reading material.

Group Rentals: Sisters Bunkhouse downtown location makes it the perfect place for a group. It could be for a wedding, family reunion, friend activity, or any sort of group gathering. When you stay at Sisters Bunkhouse, your group has the freedom to use the facility your way, whether it’s mingling among rooms or spending time together in the Corral. Prepayment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking. A valid credit card will be required to hold the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: As a small, family-run business, and given our limited number of rooms, a cancellation affects us greatly. In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reservation, a notice of fourteen days is required to refund your reservation payment, less a $25 cancellation fee. However, we understand that life happens. So, if you need to cancel suddenly, call us (541-588-6122). Communication is everything!

Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our preferred check-in time is any time between 4pm and 8pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins may be considered with advanced notice. Likewise if you require a later check-out, please make arrangements with us in advance. In addition, if you aren’t able to arrive by 8pm, please let us know. If you do not notify us by 8pm on the day of arrival, it may result in your booking being cancelled without refund. We recognize travel schedules have variability, and there will be exceptions. Please call us (541-588-6122) if you believe you will have timing issues.

Rooms: Our rooms, each with one queen bed, accommodate a maximum of two guests. We don't have extra beds for the rooms. Our rooms are for registered guests only. If you have a guest(s) that would enjoy a brief visit or tour, that is okay, but we politely request that you do not invite your guest(s) in to stay for a while. In addition, we don't allow sporting equipment of any kind in the rooms. We can accommodate...just ask.

Smoking: The Bunkhouse is a smoke-free property (indoors and out). If you must smoke, please do so at least 20 feet away from any doors or windows.. Also, please don't throw your butts on the ground and please don't bring them in the Bunkhouse. If it is determined that a guest has violated the Bunkhouse policy, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file to cover the cost of deep cleaning and/or replacing the linens, upholstered furniture, window treatments, and carpet.

Pets: Dogs are welcome at Sisters Bunkhouse. We’ve never had a dog that smoked inside, played the TV too loud, or stole our towels…so most dogs are excellent guests. However, there are a few things that you (the owner) must abide by when staying at Sisters Bunkhouse with your canine companion. You should not leave your dog unattended (inside or outside) at any time. Dogs must be kept on a leash when in the common space. Please use the dog blanket provided to allow your dog to sleep on the floor and keep your pet off the furniture. There is a non-refundable $50 fee per night for guests with pets. There is a minimum $250 charge for any pet that is not registered.

Children: All rooms are based on single or double occupancy. Our rooms do not accommodate more than two people. Although guests with young children are welcome at the Bunkhouse, we cater primarily to individuals and couples.

General Policy and Damages: Sisters Bunkhouse reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove any person who acts in a disorderly manner. Damage to Sisters Bunkhouse or property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, decor or linens will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value. In addition, Sisters Bunkhouse is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Quiet Hours: For the comfort of all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 9pm to 9am.

Prevailing Lodging Tax: All reservations are subject to the state of Oregon's prevailing lodging tax requirements. The current rate is 10.49% (8.99% to the city and 1.5% to the state).

Terms & Privacy: We need to gather the following information to process your booking: Name, Credit Card, Billing Address for Credit Card, Telephone and/or Email. We gather your email only so we can send you the reservation confirmation, a "welcome" letter, a "thank you" letter, and extremely occasionally, a letter explaining what we're up to. We won't share your email with anyone else!

All policies above are subject to change and in the case of discrepancies the policy in effect at the Bunkhouse will prevail. Policies stated above were last reviewed 1/9/21.
